You will work across ReelDrop, this website, and the internal workflow systems that support content and publishing. We use AI assistance in our engineering work, and every change is reviewed by a person.
- Build features for our public sites with attention to speed, accessibility, and SEO.
- Design and maintain internal tools for content planning, media preparation, and publishing.
- Review code, write tests where they matter, and keep the codebase easy to change.
- Use AI coding tools thoughtfully, and check their output before it ships.
- Solid experience with TypeScript and React.
- Comfort with modern web fundamentals: HTML semantics, CSS layout, performance.
- Experience building and deploying a web application end to end.
- Clear written communication in English.
- Experience with server-side rendering, edge hosting, or TanStack tools.
- Interest in media, publishing, or content tooling.
- Projects you can show on GitHub or live on the web.
