We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we do collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Arcline Studio Company Limited (“Arcline Studio”, “we”), based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at admin@reeldrop.site. Company details are on the company page.
2. What we collect
This website has no accounts, forms, analytics, or advertising cookies. We handle personal data only in these cases:
- Email. When you email us, we receive your address, name, and whatever you choose to include.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role, we receive your CV, links, and any other material you send.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, to keep the site secure and running.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message and continue the conversation you started.
- To assess your application and contact you about it.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
4. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than two years after our last exchange.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can contact you about future roles. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
- Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. It is processed by the service providers we rely on to run the studio:
- Our website hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which receives your IP address.
6. Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnamese data protection law, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email admin@reeldrop.site and we will respond within the time the law requires.
8. Other sites
Links to other websites, including ReelDrop, lead to pages with their own privacy practices. Please read the policy on each site you visit.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top. For significant changes, we will make that clear on the site.
